Create Parcel
Start by entering your package details, including the exact pickup location, drop-off destination, weight, dimensions, and the category of the item you want to send.
Find a Traveler
Instantly see a list of verified Travelers whose upcoming trips match your destination and timeline. Browse their profiles, ratings, and available space.
Send Request
Once you find the perfect Traveler, send them a delivery request. They will review your parcel details and either accept the request or send a counter-offer.
Confirm & Secure Payment
After the Traveler accepts, confirm the delivery and complete a secure payment. DropMate safely holds these funds in escrow until successful delivery.
Hand Over the Package
Meet the Traveler at pickup. Hand over the parcel and provide your secure Pickup OTP. Once entered into the app, the journey officially begins!
Track & Confirm Delivery
Track your package in real-time. Share the Delivery OTP with the receiver. At drop-off, the receiver provides this OTP to verify delivery and release payment!
