We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your DropMate account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below:

How to delete your account:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to infodropmate@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include Details: Clearly state that you wish to delete your account and provide your registered phone number for verification.
  3. Processing: Once received, our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your profile, transaction history, and all stored personal data within 48 hours.

Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
